Your parcels are dropped to a local Post Office, Monday-Friday within 5 working days of your order being received and once shipped, you will receive a dispatched notification email with any tracking numbers included. 

International Shipping

All international orders are sent 'Royal Mail International Tracked' which is a fully tracked service with online confirmation of delivery.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A SHIPPING OPTION WITHOUT A TRACKED AND/OR SIGNED FOR SERVICE MEANS I CAN NOT REFUND ANY LOST ORDERS. So should anything happen to your parcel if sent without tracking, I will be unable to replace or refund your order. This is why I only offer a tracked service for that added peace of mind and security!

Taxes, Tariffs & Customs

For all orders outside of the UK, I am not responsible for any import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the country of destination or any delays caused by customs.

Please note that due to Brexit, EU orders may attract additional VAT and custom admin fees that will be added by your domestic mail handler. I am not responsible for these charges that are applied by your country.

Please also note that due to the newly introduced tariff charges imposed on imports into the US, all orders to The United States of America will now have a 10% tariff charge added automatically at the checkout.
