Shipping policy

 

UK Shipping

You have a choice of using:

'Second Class' (this does not include tracking or insurance)

'Second Class Signed For' (signed services offer proof of delivery and up to £50 compensation when you need extra peace of mind)

International Shipping

All international orders are sent 'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed' (this includes tracking, and requires a signature on delivery)

Your parcels are dropped to a local Post Office, Monday-Friday within 5 working days of your order being received.

Please be aware that if you do just choose a standard shipping option at checkout, then your order will be sent without any tracking information and you will not receive a tracking number. I will not be able to track your order at all once it has been shipped.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU DO CHOOSE A SHIPPING OPTION WITHOUT A TRACKED AND/OR SIGNED FOR SERVICE, THEN I CAN NOT REFUND ANY LOST ORDERS. So should anything happen to your parcel I will be unable to replace or refund your order.

There is the option to upgrade to 'UK Signed' for domestic orders at the checkout and I would recommend paying the extra for this service as I will be able to see where your order is and whether it has arrived/been signed for.

Taxes & Customs

For all orders outside of the UK, I am not responsible for any import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the country of destination or any delays caused by customs.

Please note that due to Brexit, EU orders may attract additional VAT and custom admin fees that will be added by your domestic mail handler. I am not responsible for these charges that are applied by your country.
